Quick Start Guide

When downloading the Pusun App, ensure your phones privacy protection settings are disabled to allow the App to access your location, so the App can detect the machine.

If this does not happen - uninstall the App, then download the App again.When downloading the App, you need to allow the Pusun App to access location - all prompted permissions should be allowed. Please note that you need to turn on the ball machine first and wait for the machine's ball wheel to start spinning before connecting to the APP.

If you experience a problem, ideally we’d like you send us a video of the machine, showing the issue then we will diagnose the reason.

We can then send an instructional video to show you how to resolve it, or via WhatsApp video meeting, we can aim to resolve it.

Only one machine, at the same time, can connect one phone; either Android, or iPhone.
